Annual WIMS Leadership Forum: Inspire, Engage, Learn and Lead – May 16th 17th
Forum Description:
Career success depends on skills not covered in training, clinical and scientific excellence do not guarantee career satisfaction, and women continue to face extra challenges in career-building. Combining many kinds of small group exercises interspersed with brief plenary presentations, this Forum offers numerous opportunities for gaining insights into what it means to keep growing in the face of constant new challenges and constraints, for practicing necessary but seldom addressed skills, and for building relationships across silos and hierarchies
