Bio

Joseph Evans, MD, is a professor of pediatrics and vice dean of clinical affairs at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. He also serves as chief medical officer for Marshall Health. He is a 1982 graduate of the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Columbus Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He remained at Columbus Children's Hospital for an additional year after being selected chief resident. Dr. Evans is a board-certified pediatrician who has practiced pediatrics in Huntington, West Virginia, since 1986.
