This fellowship balances autonomy, wellness and education. The program is structured around the fellows having a voice and allowing opinions to be heard. It provides a fellowship experience that is very much tailored to career goals and allows for continuous change and improvement. The residency program is known to be “Small but Mighty”, but that can be said for the entire Pediatrics Department. The culture is warm, welcoming, and supportive. The PHM fellowship, the department and Huntington are all hidden gems.
