Faculty Wellness Program - Inspire Wellness

Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine is committed to the development of resources and opportunities for faculty wellness as a means of optimizing the individual faculty member's life and developing a culture of caring for each other's well-being. We believe that optimization is best achieved when either spheres of well-being are in balance according to that individual faculty member's needs.

These eight spheres of well-being are as follows:

  1. Physical
  2. Emotional
  3. Occupational
  4. Financial
  5. Intellectual
  6. Social
  7. Spiritual
  8. Environmental
