Printing & Guidelines
Submission Print Deadline: Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
Request Printing
- All posters submitted should be a size of 44” (wide) x 34.5” (high).
- The first print is free to all Research Day participants. Reprints are $45 each.
- Printing requests and entries must be submitted via Wrike under the "Research Posters" category. Posters will NOT be accepted if requested by email or any other method.
- Posters are to be submitted as PDF files ONLY. No other file type will be accepted.
- For printing questions, please contact Graphic Designer Allison Lake at 304.691.1709 or lake34@marshall.edu.

About the Summit
The Annual Quality & Safety Summit is jointly sponsored by the Department of Graduate Medical Education at the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and Marshall Health Network to foster interprofessional collaboration and communication. Presentations of projects include hospital employees, attendings, resident/fellows and medical students. Many multi-year, multi-disciplinary projects have resulted in improvements in patient safety and quality improvement.
