Our Institution participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP Match); therefore, all applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). Our Program employs a holistic approach to each aspect of the recruitment process and, as such, we review the entirety of an applicant’s MyERAS application, including supplemental data.

Our Program’s review criteria includes:

• Performance in medical school, as shown on official transcript(s) and described in the Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE), or Dean’s Letter.
• Performance on the USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK examinations and/or the equivalent NBOME COMLEX Level 1 and Level 2 CE examinations.
• Supplemental application data, such as AOA, community outreach, and meaningful personal experiences.
• Graduation from medical school within the previous two years.
• For IMG candidates, completion of at least six months of clinical experience in the US.

Institutional requirements include ECFMG certification for IMG candidates who are offered a contract. Our Institution accepts J-1 visas and cannot sponsor H-1B visas.
