The 2nd Annual Sexual & Gender Minority Health Symposium will feature keynote speaker Carl G. Streed Jr., MD, MPH, FACP, assistant professor at Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine and the research lead for the Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery at Boston Medical Center. A panel discussion will follow the keynote address featuring Kim Becher, MD, John McAuley, PsyD, Ally Layman. The panel will cover advocacy and rural care.

This seminar is presented by the Office of Medical Education and the Robert C. Byrd Center for Rural Health at Marshall University with funding by the WV Higher Education Policy Commission.
