The 11th Annual Quality & Safety Summit will be presented in a hybrid format, using both in person and virtual options. 

The keynote address will be delivered by David Gozal, MD, MBA, PhD (Hon) vice president of health affairs and dean of the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University, at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, in Harless Auditorium.

About the Summit: 
The Annual Quality & Safety Summit is jointly sponsored by Graduate Medical Education at the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and Marshall Health Network to foster inter professional collaboration and communication. Presentations of projects include hospital employees, attendings, resident/fellows and medical students. Many multi-year, multi-disciplinary projects have resulted in improvements in patient safety and quality improvement.
