Clinical Support
The clinical help desk is staffed between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm on Monday – Friday. An on-call technician receives email and voicemail messages at all other times, and will respond within 30 minutes between 4:30pm and 9:00pm M-F. Response time outside of that window will vary with the urgency of the issue
For Pre-Clinical IT Support:
The pre-clinical help desk is staffed between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm on Monday – Friday. Email and voicemail messages left outside that time will be receive a response during normal working hours.
If your Help Desk request will include electronic protected health information (EPHI), do NOT send your request to the email address above. Please call the Help Desk for these requests.
