McDowell, professor emeritus and former chairman of the counseling department at Marshall University.  The recording is designed to reduce anxiety and create a relaxed mind which will aid in areas for study, concentration, sleep and will reduce other symptoms of stress and anxiety.  It has been utilized by students and health professionals with great success.
