Bio

Michael Chambers, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Joan C Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University. He earned his medical degree from East Tennessee State University before graduating his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. He completed advanced training in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at his fellowship at Hughston Foundation Sports Medicine Program. Dr. Chambers serves as a team physician for Marshall University’s Athletic Department. He has been practicing at Marshall Orthopaedics since 2016 and lives in Ashland, Kentucky with his wife and family.
