Bio

Dr. John Crompton, MD is an Assistant Professor at the Joan C Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina before graduating his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wake Forest University. He completed his fellowship in orthopaedic hand surgery at the University of Miami. Dr. John Crompton is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He began practicing at the department’s Rivers Health (formerly Pleasant Valley Hospital) office in 2015, where he specializes in general orthopaedics.
