Application Process

Interested applicants may apply to our fellowship program via the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS) through your medical school. The following information should be submitted to ERAS:

• Program Director's Letter
• Three letters of reference from faculty members
• Current photo
• Medical School transcript
• USMLE Step I Board Scores
• USMLE Step II CK Board Scores
• USMLE Step III Board Scores
• Curriculum Vitae
• Personal Statement

Fellowship Candidate Qualifications

US & International Medical Graduates

• Application by ERAS only
• USMLE Scores >206
• Less than 5 years since graduation from medical school
• J-1 Visa only (No H-1 Visa accepted)
