Summer Pre-Med Programs

SUMMER PRE-MED PROGRAMS

The Summer Academy is a hands-on residential academy at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine for West Virginia undergraduate students who aspire to become physicians and want to prepare for medical school.  The academy is an immersion experience and challenging, but it is also inspiring and fun.  Activities include interviewing tips and mock interviews, a wilderness medicine activity, suturing workshop, test-taking tips and study skills.  Students also have opportunities for informal discussions with medical students, residents and experienced physicians who are great role models for aspiring medical students.  This year’s Summer Academy will be held June 11 - 15.  More information is available at: http://crh.marshall.edu/
