Now offering Sports Medicine Fellowship
We are excited to announce the return of our primary care sports medicine fellowship at Marshall University School of Medicine sponsored by the Marshall University Department of Family and Community Health. After receiving initial accreditation from the ACGME for one fellowship position, we are accepting applications immediately for the 2016-2017 academic year. The fellowship will begin on July 1, 2016. We are seeking a graduate or graduate eligible family medicine trained individual with an interest in sports medicine. The application should include a printed copy of the ERAS application, current CV, three letter of recommendation including one from your program director, a copy of either USMLE or COMLEX transcripts, medical school transcript, copy of medical license, and a brief personal statement. If you are unable to print the ERAS application or did not fill out an ERAS application, please contact us for an alternative application to complete.
