Franklin D. Shuler, MD is Professor and Vice Chair of Research in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Joan C Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University. After earning his MD and PhD at West Virginia University, he graduated his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Shuler is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has been practicing at Marshall Orthopaedics since 2011, and specializes in trauma and orthopaedic research.
