Workshop: How to Be Your Own Best Mentor (CANCELED)

A three-hour interactive workshop with introspective work, breakout sessions and group discussions. In the workshop, we will discuss how to define and then teach yourself the knowledge and skills you need to be successful in your career. Each participant should bring writing tools (paper and pencil), their agenda (the tool used to keep your to do list), an open mind and willingness to participate. The workshop is divided into three parts:

Introduction: Define the place where your passions and skills come together
Part 1: Define the skills on which you are evaluated.
Part 2: Make honest self-evaluations of yourself and learn to make time to benchmark.

art 3: Define ways to get the skills or demonstrate the skills that you have defined as weak.
