Bio

James B. Day, MD, PhD is an Associate Professor, Chief of Orthopaedic Trauma Service, at the Joan C Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University. He has earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois before graduating his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Louisiana State University. He has completed advanced training and fellowship in the field of sports medicine, concurrently in the field of traumatology at Atlanta Medical Center, Department of Orthopaedics. He has been practicing at Marshall Orthopaedics since 2006, and specializes in orthopaedic traumatology. Dr. Day resides within the Huntington area with his wife and four children.
