Bio

Ali Oliashirazi, MD is Professor and Chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, and Chief of the Division of Total Joint Replacement at the Joan C Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University. He was valedictorian at George Washington University School of Medicine before graduating his residency in orthopaedic surgery at The Mayo Clinic. Dr. Oliashirazi is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the International Society for Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery. He founded Marshall Orthopaedics in 2001, and specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery, including computer navigated surgery. He lives in Huntington with his wife and four children.
