CHH/JCESOM Tennis League

ALL Employees, Doctors, Volunteers and Board Members"
We are interested in starting a CHH/JCESOM tennis league. This will be an indoor recreational league for doubles matches. The only costs involved would be an initial registration fee of $20 and court fees of $13/week with balls provided. All levels of players are welcome and encouraged to respond!!! More details will soon follow.
This will be a great way to meet new people and have fun. Please respond by email to Terry Watkins (teresa.watkins@chhi.org) by Sept. 25, 2008 if you are interested. We look forward to hearing from you.

University Surgical Associates and University Plastic Surgery invite you to meet our two new physicians, Dr. Keith Pitzer and Dr. Farid Mozaffari. Drs. Pitzer and Mozaffari joined Dr. Adel Faltaous on August 1, 2008, at our Huntington office located at 2561 Third Avenue. University Plastic Surgery provides a full array of plastic and reconstructive services.
During the month of September, University Plastic Surgery will be offering special discounted pricing for Botox treatments with Drs. Pitzer and Mozaffari for UP&S, Perot and MUJCE School of Medicine employees and their families. The treatments will be discounted from $50 - $250 off the usual cost (Actual Total Cost / discount varies depending on the actual treatment and amount of Botox needed for that specific treatment). The appointments and procedure will take less than thirty minutes. Also at discounted prices, will be the other skin care products offered in the office, including: Obagi, NIA24 and Youngblood Mineral Makeup.
